FEEDBACK CULTURE
FRANK helps with the continuous collection of feedback by taking the initiative. The employee first reflects on a skill and then approves the feedback request to his trustees. This is what we call pulse feedback.

Trustees
First reflect on a skill and then send the feedback request to your trustees. These are colleagues who have been invited by you to give you feedback for a certain period of time.
Multi Platform
FRANK is available on both IOS & Android and the HR analytics on Desktop. In addition, FRANK is multi-language and obtainable in Dutch, English and German and can also appear in other languages on request.
Theme research
Sometimes you want to do a short survey among employees in between official moments. The question set and the time period can be determined by the organization. You can think about subjects like an onboarding evaluation or a survey about the ease of use of the new intranet.
Privacy
All answers and feedback in FRANK are private and only visible to the user. The employer or supervisor has no insight into personal scores. For the user himself, the received feedback is not anonymous. You can see who gave you feedback, and what they said.
Dashboard
In the FRANK app you have access to an extensive dashboard in which all results are clearly displayed. You can compare your own results with the rest of the organization, age group and occupations group.
