PULSE FEEDBACK
FRANK's pulse method makes asking and giving feedback "normal" and weekly. As a result, giving feedback, in addition to the app, will increasingly happen face-to-face and just-in-time. Only by regularly giving feedback it will become a (normal) part of the organizational culture.
HOW DO WE DO THAT?
By taking the initiative
FRANK asks small, concrete questions about a specific skill or behavior. First reflect on the skill yourself and then send a feedback request to your trustees. They receive the feedback request automatically on their phone and can answer it easily and quickly. The employee receives feedback from each trustee individually and can view the joint score in his dashboard.

GROWTH
The unique personal dashboard from FRANK makes it possible for the employee to compare their own reflection score against the feedback score of their trustees.
